Hi friends,
Its February and its time for the New release at Whimsy Stamps. I am in love with the beautiful images created for this month. For Today I have used the stamp set call Teddy with a Heart. I used Daniel Smith Watercolours to colour the image and tried to get a fur effect.
I fussy cut the teddy and the balloon which were then adhered on the light blue cloud pannel. I used vellum strip to stamp the sentiment. It adds a beautiful and fun accent to the card. To finish the card I added sparkle stickles and sticked it on a white card base.
